  • On July 22nd Greece will auction 26 Weeks T-Bills with maturity January 22, 2027. The amount to be auctioned is EUR 400mn.

  • Aktor announced an increase in the company’s share capital by EUR 23.4 million through a cash capital increase and the issuance of up to 78,000,000 new ordinary, registered, voting, dematerialised shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.30, as part of a capital raise targeting EUR 650 million. Regarding the allocation of the new shares, 20% will be allocated to investors participating in the Public Offering, while the remaining 80% will be allocated to investors participating in the Private Placement.

  • Following the announcement by UN Secretary-General António Guterres’ spokesperson, Stéphane Dujarric, regarding the Secretary-General’s visit to Cyprus from 27 to 29 July, Government Spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis announced that President Christodoulides will convene an informational meeting with the leaders of all political parties ahead of the UN Secretary-General’s visit.
