- Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis yesterday outlined the main priorities of the ruling New Democracy party ahead of his address in September at the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF), saying the government would focus on practical solutions to citizens’ everyday problems.
Speaking to New Democracy lawmakers, Mitsotakis said the government should concentrate on society’s needs and deliver visible solutions to real problems, describing the TIF as both a mirror of the truth and a test of credibility.
The prime minister also said that the government’s announcements at the TIF would not amount to a list of annual promises, but rather a roadmap aimed at delivering better prospects for the year ahead.
