• According to the IMF, Greece’s near term economic outlook remains favourable, establishing a solid foundation to address the remaining crisis legacies and structural imbalances necessary for achieving sustainable growth in the medium to long term. Furthermore, the IMF noted that real GDP has continued its robust expansion. Finally, while public debt to GDP remains high, it is on a downward trajectory.

Chevron’s representatives, for their part, expressed strong interest in supporting the implementation of the country’s energy strategy. They also stated that Aphrodite is a very important part of Cyprus’s portfolio of activities.
