Greece to issue new 10-Year Bond

Greece mandated BoFA Securities, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley as Joint Lead Managers for a new 10-year bond maturing 15 June 2036. The transaction will be launched today.

Farmers decided at the last minute not to attend the scheduled meeting today with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, citing government restrictions that they said undermined the prospects for meaningful dialogue. Representatives of the farmers blockade coordination committee accused the government of abruptly imposing limits on the number of participants, a move they said demonstrated a lack of willingness to engage seriously with their demands. Government sources, however, said the meeting with the Prime Minister would proceed with those representatives who chose to attend.
