  • Motor Oil announced that on 4/06/2026 signed agreements to proceed with three transactions which signify the continuous optimisation of MORE’s energy portfolio strategy and reflects the significant value of selected assets in MORE possession. Two of three transactions involved PPC as counterparty. Specifically, MORE has agreed to sell to PPC an operational wind portfolio totalling 107 MW of installed capacity.

  • Further to its announcement dated 20 April 2026, Bally’s Intralot announced that its BoD and the BoD of Evoke plc have reached an agreement on the terms and conditions of the recommended all-share acquisition by the Company of the entire ordinary share capital of Evoke.
    For each Evoke share, 0.537 new Company shares will be issued and listed on Euronext Athens pursuant to a share capital increase by the Company. The Shares Offer represents a value of approximately 52 pence per Evoke share, based on Bally’s Intralot’s share price of EUR 1.12.
    On this basis, the Acquisition values the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Evoke at approximately GBP 243.1 mn.

  • Annita Demetriou of Democratic Rally (DISY) was re-elected President of the House of Representatives for a second term, securing 29 votes in the new 56-member parliament.
    In the second round of voting, Demetriou faced Stefanos Stefanou, leader of AKEL. Demetriou received support from her own party, as well as Democratic Party (DIKO) and Direct Democracy Cyprus. Stefanou was backed by AKEL and ALMA, while ELAM abstained from the vote.
