Greece raised EUR 600 million through a 6-month T-Bill at a 2.19% yield

• The Greek PDMA announced that during the 26W T-Bills auction of EUR 500mn which took place yesterday, the total bids reached EUR 1,105mn and the amount finally accepted was EUR 600mn at a uniform yield of 2.19% (vs 2.45% in the previous 26W T-Bills auction in January 2025).

• The turnover for the enterprises of the economy as a whole, amounted to EUR 472bn, recording an increase of 4.4% (y-o-y).

Markets
• Metlen announced that it has entered into two long-term strategic agreements with Rio Tinto, securing supply chain improvements in both Bauxite and Alumina. More specifically, Metlen has committed to a large-scale expansion of its Alumina production capacity with a landmark investment at the historic “Aluminium of Greece” plant in Agios Nikolaos, Viotia, Greece. This investment will significantly increase the refinery’s alumina output from 865.000MT to 1.265.000 tonnes annually.
