  • The public offering of Aegean’s 7-year bond for an amount up to EUR 250mn will commence on Monday June 30 th and shall be concluded on WednesdayJuly 2nd . Yield range was set at 3.70% – 4.05%.

  • Eurobank announced its intention to examine the parallel listing of its shares on the main market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

Macro/Political:

  • The Cyprus Composite Leading Economic Index (CCLEI) recorded a y-o-y increase of 2.3% in June 2025, following the y-o-y increases of about 2.6% and 3.1% recorded in May and April 2025.

  • In June 2025, economic sentiment in Cyprus deteriorated, as the Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI-CypERC) decreased by 0.8 points (m-o-m) to 104.2. The decline was driven by weaker business confidence, however the consumer confidence indicator increased slightly for second month in a row.

  • KEDIPES initiated a new payment of EUR 60mn for the 2Q25 in the context of the repayment of state aid. With the new payment, the total amount of the repayment of state aid in cash since the commencement of KEDIPES’ operations amounted to EUR 1.59bn.
