Athlos Capital is authorized to provide the Investment Services and Activities of Part I, the Ancillary Services of Part II and the Financial Instruments of Part III of the First Appendix of Law 87(I)/2017. RTS 28
The Company is required to publish information on the top five execution venues in terms of trading volume for each class of financial instruments, where it has executed client orders (RTS 28). For more information refer to the RTS 28 report below.
Athlos Capital is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF). The ICF has been established in accordance with Directive 97/9/EC and operates under Directive DI87-07 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
The purpose of ICF is to secure the claims of covered clients against the ICF members through the payment of compensation, if the necessary preconditions are fulfilled.
