Macro/Political:
- Preliminary data released by the MoF showed that the State Budget balance on a modified cash basis for January – November 2025 presented a surplus of EUR 5,131 mn, against the revised target of a surplus of EUR 225mn and a surplus of EUR 4,375mn for the same period of 2024. The State Budget Primary Balance amounted to a surplus of EUR 12,646mn, against the primary surplus target of EUR 7,695mn and a primary surplus of EUR 12,011mn in the same period of last year. Regarding the observed difference against the revenues target, it is noted that it is mainly due to the collection, on the 26th of November of an amount of EUR 2,109mn from the Recovery & Resilience Facility, which was estimated to be collected in December and therefore in the bulletin of December 2025.
For January – November 2025, State Budget net revenues amounted to EUR 68,742mn, showing an increase of EUR 2,259mn against the target. State Budget expenditures amounted to EUR 63,611mn, EUR 2,647mn lower than the target.

- METLEN has been appointed by EDF power solutions UK the engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contract for its 400 MW Longfield solar farm, one of the largest solar projects in the UK.

- METLEN, through its M Technologies Sector, announced the signing of a contract with KNDS Deutschland for the delivery of 200 assemblies for the LEOPARD 2A8. The LEOPARD 2A8 is KNDS’s most advanced main battle tank and one of the most sophisticated in the world. Under the agreement, M Technologies will undertake manufacturing at METLEN’s Defence Hub in Volos through 2031. The project will also enhance the availability of advanced defence systems to meet the needs of several European countries, affirming the Company’s medium-term plan as presented at the Capital Markets Day.

- The arrivals of tourists reached 234,580 in November 2025 compared to 179,941 in November 2024, recording an increase of 30.4%. For the period of January – November 2025, arrivals of tourists totalled 4,377,114 compared to 3,907,137 in the corresponding period of 2024, recording an increase of 12.0%.
