  • Eurobank raised EUR 700mn at a price of MS+97 bps through the issuance of a 6NC5 senior preferred bond. Demand was relatively strong with the final orders’ book closing above EUR 2.6bn.

  • Bally’s Intralot, following its announcement on 20/04/2026 regarding a possible offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of evoke plc at a price of 50 pence per share, has confirmed that constructive discussions with evoke are continuing in relation to the proposal. The proposal is expected to comprise an all-share combination with a partial cash alternative.Accordingly, Bally’s Intralot has requested, and evoke has agreed to, an extension of the deadline by which Bally’s Intralot is required either to announce a firm intention to make an offer for evoke or to announce that it does not intend to make an offer. The announcement must now be made no later than 5:00 p.m. (London time) on 8 June.

  • According to Naftemporiki, Lamda Development is expected to return to the financial markets to raise approximately EUR 300 mn through a new bond issuance. According to the article, the planned issuance is primarily aimed at refinancing existing debt, at a time when the company continues to implement the major investment program for the Ellinikon project.

  • The arrivals of tourists reached 303.031 in April 2026 compared to 418,730 in April 2025, recording a decrease of 27.6%. For the period of January – April 2026, arrivals of tourists totalled 710,370 compared to 865,326 in the corresponding period of 2025, recording a decrease of 17.9%.
