- Design and develop new features for the Sophic platform
- Integrate with internal systems and third-party services
- Contribute to architectural design and implementation
- Build and maintain high-throughput data workflows
- Collaborate closely with a small, focused team in an inclusive and respectful environment
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong skills in ReactJS (JavaScript, component lifecycle)
- Solid knowledge of Python, including asynchronous programming, clean architecture, and Domain-Driven Design
- Hands-on experience in developing AI agents and working with AI/ML frameworks is a plus
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Must reside in Cyprus
- Regular in-office presence in Nicosia
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Greek is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
