- Alpha Bank raised EUR 500mn at a yield of 4.30% (MS + 193 bps) through the issuance of a 11NC6 Tier 2 bond. Demand was very strong with the final orders’ books closing above EUR 2.5bn. In addition, Alpha Bank announced a cash tender offer subject to market conditions on its outstanding EUR 500mn Tier 2 notes due in 2031 (ISIN: XS2307437629).

CYPRUS
Macro/Political:
- Data published by the CBC showed that in March 2025 the non-performing loans (aggregate data for all credit institutions) in Cyprus decreased marginally by EUR 23.78mn (m-o-m) to EUR 1,525.95mn (NPL ratio at 6.07%) from EUR 1,549.74mn (NPL ratio at 6.2%) in February 2025.
