- Greek Energy Minister signed relevant decisions naming a consortium of Chevron and Helleniq Energy as preferred investors to explore for and exploit hydrocarbons in four offshore blocks, the minister says in a statement. Two blocks are located south of the Peloponnese region and two south of the island of Crete. The next step is discussions with the consortium to finalize the relevant contract.

- Metlen and Korean energy investment and development company HRE, announced the signing of a landmark agreement under which HRE will acquire a diversified portfolio of solar project in South Korea with a total installed capacity of 42 MW, the phase 1 of the renewable energy portfolio built by METLEN. The transaction includes five operational and under development projects, which combined generate more than 60 GWh of clean electricity annually enough to power over 12,000 Korean households.

- Fitch upgraded Intralot’s credit rating to B+ from CCC+, with a stable outlook, following the acquisition of Bally International Interactive. The upgrade reflects Fitch’s expectations of an improved business profile and significantly lower financial risk after the transaction, resulting in a more sustainable, long-term capital structure.
