- Preliminary data released by the MoF showed that the State Budget balance on a modified cash basis for January – May 2025 presented a surplus of EUR 1,883mn, against a target of a deficit of EUR 2,475mn and a deficit of EUR 535mn for the same period of 2024. The State Budget Primary Balance amounted to a surplus of EUR 5,351mn, against the primary surplus target of EUR 1,055mn and a primary surplus of EUR 3,197mn in the same period of last year. It is noted that an amount of EUR 1,993mn which refers to the time differentiation of payments from ordinary budget and an amount of EUR 499mn which refers to the time differentiation of investment expenditure, do not affect the outcome in fiscal terms.
For January – May 2025, State Budget net revenues amounted to EUR 28,977mn, showing an increase of EUR 1,640mn or 6% against the target. State Budget expenditures amounted to EUR 27,094mn, EUR 2,718mn lower than the target.

- Aegean announced that it proceeded with a bond buyback at an average price of 100%, with a total transaction value of EUR 31,300.70 on 13/06/2025. Following the aforementioned bond buyback, the company holds 427 bond securities, representing 0.214% of the total issued common bond loan.
Source: ATHEX - Metlen reached financial close with lenders, Deutsche Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo (IMI CIB Division) and Westpac Banking Corporation, on a refinancing of all its operating and under construction assets in Australia. The financing is structured with an AUD269m operating term facility, AUD158m Munna Creek construction facility and AUD33m of ancillary facilities. The portfolio is comprised of six operational solar farms (total 382MW) in New South Wales and Queensland along with the 150MWP Munna Creek Solar Farm, which is approaching construction completion in south-west Queensland.
